| Our products are sold under our “Lianjie” (连捷) brand. Our immediate customers are mainly fabric traders and apparel manufacturers located in the PRC, who in turn serve reputable international and local sports and casual apparel brands such as Metersbonwe (美特斯邦威), Li-Ning (李宁), Adidas, 361°, Nike, Umbro, Anta (安踏), Xtep (特步), Kappa, Lotto, Wanjielong (万杰隆), E•Land, Reebok, FILA, Mizuno, Diadora, Erima, Qiaodan (乔丹(中国)), Septwolves (七匹狼), Lilang (利郎) and K-boxing (劲霸).
We adopt “order-to-produce” business model. Our customers usually require our quotation before placing their orders and we work out our quotation largely based on raw material prices. Once the customers confirmed their orders with us, most of the raw materials are ordered immediately to effectively lock in the cost. We only commence production based on confirmed orders from our customers and therefore eliminate away the risk of inventory obsolescence from unsold finished products. While we do not supply directly to these apparel brands, we have developed a strong relationship with these established brands through working closely with them in the development of new performance fabrics with enhanced functionalities and design to cater to the latest consumer trends. These end customers play a significant role when it comes to deciding which fabric supplier to use and the quantity of the order to place. We have proven track records and established relationships with both our immediate and end customers, most of whom will place repeat orders with us each year. |
